These are the words of Paul, who has lived many years with osteoarthritis, back pain, and shoulder pain.

And sadly, I hear these words too often from so many people – because musculoskeletal conditions can be relentlessly painful and disabling.

It’s hard enough for people to deal with their physical discomfort. Now imagine the frustration of having to sift through complicated medical terminology – trying to figure out how to find some relief from your condition and tools to ease your pain.

It is vital that Paul and the many people living with musculoskeletal pain can access our free, easy to read information when they need it to help manage their conditions.

We are being inundated with demand for support as the prevalence of musculoskeletal conditions increases. In the past year alone, we had over 300,000 people come to our website looking for advice to help them manage their condition.
