Warm Water & Chair-based Exercise Leader Training
Are you a health or fitness professional who works with people with musculoskeletal conditions? Or do you have a musculoskeletal condition (e.g. arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis) and want to run warm water or chair-based exercise classes for your peers?
Either way, our three-day warm water and chair-based exercise training is suitable for you!
The training will give you the knowledge and skills to assist you in providing exercise classes for people with musculoskeletal and other health conditions.
Training participants may enrol in either one or both components of the course (i.e. warm water only, chair-based only or both warm water and chair-based).
Our warm water and chair-based training program is conducted by a health educator with tertiary qualifications in health-related disciplines and extensive experience in training.
