Raspberry probiotic yoghurt drink

This refreshing drink brings together the health benefits of probiotics and calcium. Probiotics have been studied for their potential benefits the gut health. And dairy foods are a great source of calcium and protein to maintain bone and muscle strength.

Time: About 5 mins  Serving: 1 serve

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 200 mL probiotic natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Slice banana into 2-3 cm thick pieces for easy blending.
  2. Add sliced banana, raspberries, probiotic natural yoghurt and honey into a blender.
  3. Blend with medium speed for 1 min until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Ready to serve.

Tips:

  • You can also add strawberry and blueberry to enhance the nutrients and colour.
