Homemade muesli

SERVINGS: 4 PREPPING TIME: 5 MIN COOKING TIME: 30 MIN

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1⁄2 cup mixed dried mixed fruit
  • 1⁄4 cup pepitas
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1⁄2  cup dried apricots
  • 1⁄4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1⁄2 cup of honey
  • 1⁄2 cup avocado oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC
  2. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and combine
  3. Heat the oil and honey in a small pot over the stove on medium heat
  4.  Pour the oil/honey mixture over the dry mix in the bowl and combine
  5.  Spread onto a large baking tray and using a spatula break apart any clusters
  6.  Place in oven for 10 minutes until golden
  7.  Take out of oven and allow muesli to cool down completely before putting into an airtight container.
