Creamed corn and tofu soup

A quick and easy recipe that only requires 3 ingredients to warm you up!

Time: 10-15 mins
Serving : 2-3 serves


  • 420g can creamed corn
  • Tofu (silken or firm)
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock of water


  1. Dice the tofu into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add vegetable stock (or water) and cream corned into a pot over medium heat.
  3. When it’s simmering, add diced tofu.
  4. Keep stirring until boiled.
  5. Ready to serve.


  1. Additional stock (or water) can be added to make it your favourite consistency.
  2. Stock can be changed to chicken/ beef stock or water.
