Creamed corn and tofu soup

corn tofu soup

This quick and easy recipe only requires 3 ingredients to warm you up!

Time: About 10-15 mins  Serving: 2-3 serves

Ingredients:

  • 420g can creamed corn
  • 300g tofu (firm or silken)
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable stock or water

Method:

  1. Dice the tofu into bite size pieces.
  2. Add vegetable stock and creamed corn into a pot over medium heat.
  3. When it is simmering, add diced tofu.
  4. Stir until boiled.
  5. Ready to serve.

Tips:

  • Additional stock can be added to make your favourite consistency.
  • Stock can be changed to chicken/beef stock or water.
